Australian Quilt Show, Young Quilters Award MELBOURNE


I'm very happy and super proud to announce that my daughter came 1st place in the Young Quilters Award for her work, Love Tree.

Here are some pics of her accepting her award, and posing for photographs with a Herald Sun Photographer.

Love Tree was inspired by Kilmt's curvy lines and use of gold

    That quilt is fantastic! Such a simple design, and incredibly striking. Is it made with applique or hand dyed fabric? It's difficult to tell in the photos.
