It's nearly time....here is a sneak peek of BLOCK 2,
arriving on the 15th (Australian time)
Do you have your next batch of reds ready? Remember, You only need scraps - don't go out and buy any!
It's nearly been a month and I can't believe how quickly time has flown by. I knew a free BOM was a great idea....but I wasn't expecting so much positive support and feedback! Nearly 10'000 downloads and counting...
Thank you to everyone who has decided to take part in this mystery. I have received some GREAT email pics of finished blocks - I'm in awe at how fast they started arriving in my in-box. It's good to know that I'm not the only one with a red stash!
Can't wait to see the next batch arrive!
Oooo looks interesting. I can't wait to start in the New Year. I have BOM 1 downloaded and printed out ready.
ReplyDeleteoh how pretty!!!
ReplyDeleteand that's ALOT of downloads.
{glad i was one of them!!!}
:D
I think your BOM is gorgeous. I'll have to start after Christmas, but I am making mine Green. (I hope that is allowed!!)
ReplyDeleteThat looks very interesting! Can hardly wait until the 15th.
ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas!!
Looks interesting. I'm going to redwork mine, but won't be starting until after Christmas. I'll post pics as I go along
ReplyDeletethanks for doing this
Love and hugs Gina xx
Very Pretty! Can't wait to see the entire block!
ReplyDeleteThis looks fantastic - but there is a whole week to the 15th. I hardly can wait.
ReplyDeleteOh my! The sneak peak is a real teaser!! I can't wait to see the entire block! I've got my first block printed out ready to go after the 1st of the year. Thank you so much for sharing your design with us!
ReplyDeleteAlice I.
Ohh!! this look exciting. I am going to do this. I can't decide if I want to do it in redwork or applique. I need to hurry and decide because I don't want to get behind.
ReplyDeleteEster, I tried to contact you but for some reason the links aren't working for me on your blog or website. I am looking for a pattern or finished quilt for my Aunt. She bought an Amish quilt whe thinks is called Hearts and Ferns. It was all in cream or white. She purchased it in the 70's in Ohio and gave it as a wedding gift. She'd like one of her own now....any idea where I can find the pattern or a completed one?
ReplyDeleteOh I can't wait! It looks very intriguing. I downloaded your first block - it is just what I had in mind for a bookcover I was thinking about, so I may have to make two blocks!
ReplyDeleteCan't wait for block #2...I just don't have enough reds in my stash and scrap basket!
ReplyDeleteIt looks very pretty again. I wonder what this second block is going to be. I hope to start the first block next week end.
