It's a busy weekend here! I'm taking part in a 26.5km walk to raise funds for research and treatment of childhood cancer. It's on Sunday and starts at the Sydney Opera House and finishes in Manly. So far I've raised over $400 in sponsorships from friends. I'd rather be quilting but one day away from my machine to give the hope of a lifetime to another is worth it. Maybe one day someone will come up with a quilt-a-thon instead!
