WOW = WIPs On Wednesdays
Yes, of course I'm still deciding between fabrics, it just wouldn't be 'me' otherwise.
This is my 'live and let loose' quilt, so I'm free to just go crazy and do whatever outlandish thing the fabric calls me to do. But even with all this 'freedom', I keep sliding into indecision. Honestly, it's exhausting. There must be a medical term for this kind of fabric infatuation.
But more importantly, what do you think? The purple dots, the circus stripes or the KFC circles?
Can't you just see that each one is fabulous in it's own special way? So much stunning fabric, it's like a party on my wall right now as I pin, pin, pin.
I love this quilt. The Heartfelt Centre is really speaking to me.
What's Your WOW?
Oh Esther I'm feeling dizzy with all these beautiful choices. I think they all lovely but I don't think my choice would help in any way.
ReplyDeleteI like the first one with the dots.
ReplyDeleteDear Esther, the first one with the polka dot fabric works so well with what you have sewn so far, including the floral on the side. Glad to know you are all well down under. We are hibernating here with snow. So we are just so inspired with so much colour on display.
ReplyDeleteThank you for making us smile.
Also the first one...this is truly beautiful!
ReplyDeleteI like the purple dots. It sets off the center applique. The stripes are a bit distracting and the purple looks a little washed out.
ReplyDeleteI like the KFC circles, it gives a beautiful shot cotton look.
ReplyDeleteYou've just got to choose the polka dots on this one with so much enthusiasm from us on that one, but whatever you choose will be just fantastic. So much fun watching this one grow!
ReplyDeleteI like the dark purple dots. Makes the clovers pop and the 2 shaded leaves sparkle!
ReplyDeleteDear Esther,
ReplyDeletewonderful Fabrics, all! But I love the Polka Dots.

I love playing with different fabric options, too. It's my favorite part of the process, and why I avoid kit projects with fabrics selected by others. I love the first photo you showed, with the spotted purple background, but they are all lovely in different ways.
ReplyDeleteThe polka dot is beautiful.
ReplyDeleteI think the polka dots. It pops! Your indecision reminds me of sitting in a restaurant with a huge menu-the multiple choice kills me every time!
