WOW = WIPs On Wednesday
These are my two fabric 'project' boxes for
Hold Onto Your Heart. I'm finding my gentle version is coming together very naturally, it doesn't feel like work. But my full colour version is having me chase my own tail in loops! Yellow? Mustard? Gold? Goldish - Mustard? I simply can't commit. So today, I'm drawing the line and selecting and moving forward.
I know, I've said this before.
But this time I really mean it. I mean, really. My colour and fabric addict is getting out of hand. And taking up too much space.
And.. wish me luck.
What's Your WOW?
Biggest problem with being a sewing enthusiast - ROOM - I have yet met one who has enough room for all of the materials we need!!!
ReplyDeleteOh, Esther -- I know what it's like to get bogged down in all of the color and design possibilities to the point that you're running in place! That's where I am right now with my son's graduation quilt, hemming and hawing about different thread colors and types and I keep coming up with new options rather than narrowing down the choices. But I have a hard deadline of May 26th for this quilt, which my husband pointed out is only 18 days from today (men are so helpful)... Yikes! Good luck with your fabric shuffling. I know that whatever you finally commit to is going to be amazing and I look forward to seeing it on the blog. Knowing that my Queen Esther's Garden quilt is waiting for me once the grad quilt is done is one of my best motivating factors!
ReplyDeleteStill laughing Esther, when you get that craving to go shopping visit your garage and think of it as the best fabric shop in Melbourne! LLLOL Hugs Glenda
